In this episode, Sadaf Shah, team leader of drilling at United Energy Pakistan, discusses important strategies towards innovation or a problem solution. Shah also shares her approach to developing a digital twin related to drilling and AI and machine learning as potential tools of the trade for more efficient solutions to problems. Shah is a 2022 TWA Energy Influencer who works in the oil and gas industry as a drilling and completion engineer in Pakistan. She initiated the SPE D&I Pakistan Committee to support women in the oil and gas industry in the country.
