Improving Value Flow Through Creativity Culture

Excellence in operations begins when every employee can see the flow of value to the customer and assure that flow before it breaks down. Specialized training is necessary to develop unique oilfield leadership and competent field personnel. Equally as important are increasing efficiency and reducing costs. This includes adapting frac and cementing equipment to higher utilization demand and collaborating with customers using predictive analytical data on a coordinated maintenance effort. A creative perspective toward collaboration and problem-solving enables companies to be more strategic and less reactive to the benefit of customers.
