How to Champion an Inclusive and Diverse Workplace

Presented as part of the Young Member Engagement Committees’ Future Leaders Workshop 2019, this panel session includes key female figures in the oil and gas industry as they share their stories of career progression. Topics explored include advice on how women can get ahead individually, as well exploring the benefits that can be brought from having an inclusive and diverse workplace. The panel also take questions from the audience and discuss the importance of open opportunity rather than demographic diversity targets.
