How can I find content relevant to me?
- Utilize the channel menu on the left-hand side of your screen. This channel menu is visible from any page within Energy Stream and can be used to find content based on a particular topic or SPE product. Once inside a channel, you can filter content further by selecting “Filter Posts”. Select the product or topic you wish to filter by and then click “Apply”.
- Utilize the search functionality. Search bars are found on the SPE Energy Stream home page as well as within each channel. Use this to narrow your search based on keywords.
- Find live webinars by date by selecting “Webinar Calendar” in the left-hand navigation. This will bring you to a calendar to see what is coming up!
How do I purchase an item?
On course and webinar pages, you have the ability to add the product to your cart by selecting the member or non-member price. Note that you must be logged into the site in order to add an item to your cart. To login, select “Sign in” in the top right corner of your screen, or follow the “Sign in” prompt. Once you’ve selected a member or non-member price, the course or webinar you have purchased will go into your cart; the cart is accessible by clicking “Cart” in the top right corner of your screen. When you click on “cart” you will be directed to a purchase page with all the purchasing information required (billing address, credit card information, etc.). You will receive a confirmation email once your purchase is complete.
How do I access courses or webinars that I have purchased?
Be sure you are logged in to SPE Energy Stream using your SPE login. Once you are logged in, all courses and webinars that you have purchased can be found by navigating to “My Learner Profile” in the left-hand navigation. Scroll down to the header labelled “My Courses” and select the course or webinar you would like to work on.
How do I access my certificates?
Be sure you are logged in to SPE Energy Stream using your SPE login. Once you are logged in, all certificates for webinars or courses that you have completed can be found by navigating to “My Learner Profile” in the left-hand navigation. Scroll down to the header labelled “My Certificates” and download as needed. These certificates will always be available within your account.
You will also receive an email communication from Energy Stream when your certificate is available.
Note that certificates for live webinars will be available within 1 business day after the completion of the webinar.
